Returns and Exchanges

Do you want to exchange or return an item?
You have 14 days to exchange items from the date of delivery. All items must remain unworn. You may unpack and use the product only in order to decide whether you want to keep it. You must also ensure that all tags and labels are still properly attached. So do not cut off the labels when fitting the clothes. 
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if the returns procedure is not followed properly.


If an address label has been added to the order, you can use it. If it is not in the box, you can use the return address below. Send the undamaged item back in the original packaging. 
The cost of postage is at your own expense. If all the conditions have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the original payment was made within 5 working days after receiving the package. Credit card payments can take up to 14 days.

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size. 

I have received the wrong or a damaged item, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
