Returns and Exchanges

Do you want to exchange or return an item?
You have 30 days to exchange items from the date of delivery. All items must remain unworn. You may unpack and use the product only to decide whether you want to keep it. You must also ensure that all tags and labels are still properly attached. So do not cut off the labels when fitting the clothes. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if the returns procedure is not followed correctly.

Returns from EU
You have 30 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. You can use the address label that has been added to your order. If it is not in the box, you can use the return address below. Send the undamaged item back in the original packaging. The cost of postage is at your own expense. If all the conditions have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the original payment was made within 5 working days after receiving the package. Credit card payments can take up to 14 days.

Returns from USA, Australia, Norway, or Switzerland
You have 30 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. Please send us an email with your order number to receive a (free) return label. If you return the package without the return label supplied by us, the return costs are for your own account. Add the completed return form to your return (you will find this return form with the order). Drop off the package at the post office and keep the proof of shipment. If all the conditions have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the original payment was made within 5 working days after receiving the package. Credit card payments can take up to 14 days.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size. 

I have received the wrong or a damaged item, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation, you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked, and when our warranty policy covers it, a new item will be sent back to you free of charge.
