Do you want to exchange or return an item?
You have 14 days to exchange items from the date of delivery. All items must remain unworn. You may unpack and use the product only in order to decide whether you want to keep it. You must also ensure that all tags and labels are still properly attached. So do not cut off the labels when fitting the clothes! Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if the returns procedure is not followed properly.
If you wish to return a product, you can send back the item of clothing by post. Send the undamaged item back in the original packaging. The cost of postage is at your own expense. If all the conditions have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the original payment was made within 14 working days.

This is how returns work:
1. Log in using your personal details at www.goldbergh.com
2. Go to 'returns' and select the relevant order
3. Select the products you wish to return from the menu
4. Then click on 'Add return' and print out the returns slip.
5. Send the items back in the original packaging, accompanied by the returns slip.
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size.
